How to Prepare for an Interview: Part 4 of 4

All Done! Now What?

Welcome to the fourth and last in a small series of articles where we’ll discuss things to consider when preparing for an interview! This time, it’s what to do after an interview.

Say Thank You

  • Send a thank you email to all interviewers for whom you have contact information within 8 business hours.

  • Try to make it personal—don’t just thank them for their time. Add something unique to the conversation you just had with them.

Follow Up

  • Try to be patient. The recruitment and decision-making processes often take more time than you’d like.

  • Keep in mind that if you aren’t selected, you may not find out until the successful candidate has signed their offer letter or even until after they’ve started.

The end! Thanks for reading. :)
