Your resume should be getting you interviews.

Is it?

You’ve got the experience. You’ve done the work. But your resume is just… sitting there, collecting dust while other (probably less awesome) people are getting called for interviews.

That’s not a “you” problem. That’s a communication problem—and it’s exactly what I fix.

Sound familiar?

  • You've sent out applications and heard... nothing (…nothing but crickets).

  • You opened a blank document to start writing your resume, typed your name, and immediately wanted to do literally anything BUT work on your resume.

  • Your current resume is a laundry list of job duties, and you know it's not doing you any favours.

  • You're eyeing a promotion or career move, and you genuinely don't know how to put your best foot forward on paper.

  • You've been "meaning to update your resume" for about 3 to 5 years… or more.

If you nodded at any of those, don’t worry.

    I got you, boo.

Here’s what’s actually going on:

Most resumes fail not because the person behind them is unqualified, but because there's a massive communication gap between what you have to offer as a candidate and what hiring managers and ATS systems see in your application.

You're trying to say: "I can totally do this job—not only do it, but crush it!"

And hiring managers are asking: "Why haven’t any qualified candidates applied?"

I bridge that gap. I'm a Nationally Certified Resume Writer (NCRW), Certified Resume Strategist (CRS), and former in-house recruiter who has sat on both sides of the hiring table. I know what makes a hiring manager pick up the phone and what makes them keep scrolling. I help mid-career professionals like you turn years of solid experience into a focused, ATS-optimized, impressive resume that starts conversations and opens doors.

No fluff or filler. No resume that sounds like it was written by a committee of robots.

This is for you if:

  • You're a manager, director, or senior professional ready for your next big move, and you want your resume to reflect that.

  • You're ready for a promotion or set up and need your resume to make the case before you even walk into the room.

  • You haven't updated your resume in years (or ever had a real one), and the whole idea is stressful and freaking you out.

  • You want to work with someone who actually listens, asks good questions, and writes copy that sounds like you, not like every other candidate who used AI to write their resume.

  • You're done playing the numbers game and want a resume that works smarter, not just harder.

This is not for you if you're looking for the fastest, cheapest option and aren't invested in the process. Great resume writing is collaborative, and the best results come from that partnership.

If you decide to work with me, here’s what to expect:

PERSONABLE & CANDID COMMUNICATION

I approach my clients as humans, not corporate drones. I strive to be easy to talk to and encourage comfortable and natural conversations that help uncover your strongest attributes and accomplishments.

PURPOSEFUL DETAILS

Your resume is not the place to lay out your entire life story. When I write your professional resume, I only include stories worth telling, strategically deciding what to feature and how, so they align with your target positions and scream “call me!!”

MODERN & UNDERSTATED DESIGN

I generally adopt a “less is more” approach to professional resume design. Simpler is almost always better—for humans and technology. I use colour and design elements to highlight what you want your reader to see and draw them into the document without being overstimulating or flashy.

Your Resume. Done Right. By someone who gets it and cares.

I work primarily with mid-career professionals (managers, directors, and senior individual contributors) who are ready for what's next and need their resume to make the case for them. Every package starts with a free Meet & Greet so we can get a clear picture of where you're starting from and where you’re going.

À la carte & custom requests

Not every career situation fits neatly into a package, and that's expected. Here are some of the ways we can work together beyond the core offerings:

  • Cover Letter — $100 (can be added to any package)

  • Resume Proofreading — you wrote it, I'll make sure it's airtight

  • Resume Design Only — your content, a polished new look

  • Additional Coaching Sessions — $150/hour

Have something specific in mind that isn't on this list? Reach out. I'm open to it.

A few practical things to know

Full payment is collected upfront before work begins, and every project is covered by a signed contract. This protects both of us and sets us up for a smooth, focused collaboration from day one.

Once confirm you’d like to proceed, I’ll send your contract and invoice right away. After those are sorted, we schedule your intake call and get the party started!

How it works:

1. Book a Meet & Greet

Let’s start by getting to know each other and making sure I’m the right resume writer to help you out! We’ll discuss where you’ve been, where you’re going, and how I can help you get there.

2. Make it Official

  • If you decide to move forward, I’ll send you the contract and invoice.

  • Once sorted, you will receive an in-depth intake form to complete and return.

  • We spend around 90 minutes on a video call together, where I will ask all of my follow-up questions and gather more information than we need.

3. I Write, We Revise

The original draft of your new resume will land in your inbox within 7 business days (or as otherwise discussed). Then we spend the next 14 days tightening it up together by adding, removing, and adjusting things until it's exactly right. If you’ve decided to include a LinkedIn profile, we will follow the same writing process once the resume content is finalized.

4. You Go Get It!

You walk away with polished, professional job search documents in Word, PDF, and plain text formats that are strategically written and designed to grab attention and start conversations. And now you have the confidence to use them!
